Position Summary

Responsible for planning, directing, and leading all online instructional design, training and student support activities and operations. Meets online faculty and student needs system-wide. Typically makes strategic process level or low-level interpretive decisions. Fully responsible for budget planning and resource allocation for area.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree or higher and at least 5 years of related work experience.

* At least 4 years of recent experience in a management position.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master’s degree.

* Higher Education experience.

* Knowledge of online learning.
