Mr. Bardack has over 20 years of professional experience
as an attorney, program manager and consultant within the government,
corporate and nonprofit sectors. His work has encompassed management,
and policy development and implementation within the e-learning, community
and economic development, and youth services fields.
Currently, Mr. Bardack serves as the Chief Executive
Officer of MyJewishLearning, Inc., the most visited English language,
pluralistic, educational Jewish website. MJL has twice been nominated
for the prestigious “Webby” award in the spirituality category,
and in 2005 received the Web Marketing Association’s Standard
of Excellence award.
Prior to joining MJL, Mr. Bardack worked with Booz-Allen
Hamilton’s Information Technology Team helping shape distance
learning efforts for the National Guard. He also provided policy guidance
to the Defense Acquisition University involving training matters for
military and civilian personnel. He held senior appointive positions
with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, the New Jersey
Governor’s office, and on Capitol Hill, and is known as the creator
of the American Enterprise Zone Program.
During his tenure as the Vice President of The National
Mentoring Partnership, Mr. Bardack helped deliver over $130 million
in federal funding to youth programmers nationally and managed the landmark
Pathways Initiative, a multimillion dollar effort to change the lives
of at-risk youth.
Mr. Bardack holds degrees from Yale University and
The American University School of Law.
