Hotel Reservations
All IFWE 2007 room reservations must be made by Sunday, October 28, 2007 to receive the special discounted rates.  Reservations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. 

Deposit/Cancellation Policy
Reservations confirmed with a credit card will be charged one night room and tax deposit which is refundable up to 72 hours prior to date of arrival. Reservations that are cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night room and tax. Changes made after check-in will be subject to a $50.00 fee should you choose to depart earlier than your confirmed departure date at time of check-in.
