Conference Notice from Korea National Open University

Just received advance notice by regular mail from South Korea about the 16th Asian Association of Open Universities AAOU 2002 conference, November 5-7 in Seoul. The theme is "Open and Distance Learning in the Digital Era: Towards a Lifelong Learning Society." The keynoter is Prof. Michael Moore of Penn State. We hear much about South Korea's broadband infrastructure and so forth, but here is a chance to meet the Asians themselves. Especially for those considering delivering a paper, it is not too early to visit the conference Website at: http://www.aaou.or.kr/
