Call for "Hot Tamale" Information Session Proposals
The National University Telecommunications Network (NUTN)
is pleased to announce its 21st annual conference on June 1-3, 2003, in vibrant
San Antonio, Texas! The conference theme is "NUTN 2003 Digital Learning: The
Whole Enchilada." Converging in the charming La Mansion del Rio Hotel, we intend
to bring you and your colleagues three engaging days of innovation, interaction
and insight!
Dr. Don Brown, Commissioner of the Texas Higher Education
Coordinating Board and the featured keynote for Sunday's opening session, will
present, "The Role of Digital and Distance Learning in Closing the Gaps in
Texas."

The NUTN 2003 Conference Planning Committee invites you to
share your knowledge and experience with colleagues in the distance learning
industry. We would love to hear about the interesting and innovative projects,
programs and models on your campus!
Sessions are 15 minutes in length. Program schedule
(date/time) is to be determined.
Please submit a proposal that includes:

session title
·
25-50 words on session topic (abstract
·
brief biography of the presenter(s)
·
name, title, organization, address, phone, fax and email address
of all presenters
·
session format (i.e., PowerPoint presentation)
·
who should attend this session
·
anticipated audiovisual equipment (Note: Live Internet connections
will not be available.)
·
name, phone, email and fax of designated contact for this session

Please note: Speaker Conference Registration $400
(for up to 2 presenters in a session) All presenters are expected to register
for the entire conference. Individuals selected to present at the conference
will receive a $95 discount on the full conference registration fee for up to
two presenters in a session. Conference fee includes all panel presentations,
breakout sessions, coffee breaks, daily breakfast, a welcome reception, special
awards luncheon, lunch w/special interest groups and conference materials
