Technology Costing Methodology

One of the most frequent queries we receive has to do with costs of Distance Learning. To deal with the ongoing "Costing" and "Cost analyses" for Distance Learning, WICHE, Western Interstate Cooperative of Higher Education, has posted on the web WICHE's Technology Costing Methodology guidelines, which include a TCM Handbook, a TCM Casebook and a TCM Tabulator (an electronic spreadsheet).
