Primer On The Use Of Satellite In Education
Mathy Vanbuel of AT&T, Belgium, http://www.atit.be, has written a Primer, "Improving Access to Education via Satellites in Africa" which aims to provide an overview of the opportunities afforded by recent developments in satellite technology in meeting educational and development needs especially in Sub-Saharan Africa. It has been commissioned by Imfundo as part of their mandate to use ICT in support of Educational Development and specifically as a contribution to Imfundo's Knowledge Bank.
