LMS Customer Satisfaction Rankings
GeoLearning has been ranked among the
industry's leading companies in a recent eLearning customer
satisfaction study published in U.S. News & World
Report. The results of Brandon Hall's
Corporate eLearning Customer Satisfaction Rankings can be found online at
http://www.usnews.com/usnews/biztech/elearning/rankings/ranklms/ranklms.htm
GeoLearning ranked second out of 24 learning
management system companies with a composite customer satisfaction
score of 9.3 out of 10.
LMS vendors were rated in six categories:
overall product, level of service pre-sales to contract, level of
service installation to implementation, level of service
post-implementation, ability to meet future needs and quality of
the LMS solution.
"We are extremely proud of the ranking," said
Frank Russell, president and CEO of GeoLearning. "Customer
satisfaction is a core piece of the overall eLearning solution we
provide to clients, and it's extremely satisfying to have our
efforts validated in an independent study of this magnitude."
U.S. News teamed
with www.brandon-hall.com, a leading
eLearning research firm, to collect data for the customer
satisfaction rankings. In the spring and summer of 2001,
brandon-hall.com surveyed customers who had recently used eLearning
products in the following categories: learning management systems,
authoring tools, live eLearning systems and IT course content. The
customers reported their satisfaction with aspects of a specific
product on a scale from one to ten. Customer responses were
averaged to create the scores that appear in the customer
satisfaction rankings. The Excellence in eLearning
Awards are presented by brandon-hall.com
and Online Learning Magazine. Now
in its fifth year, the awards program showcases exceptional work in
the eLearning industry by providing feedback and benchmarking to
entrants in an overall effort to help advance the eLearning
industry.
