Jones International University (JIU), headquartered in suburban Denver, Colorado, is the first fully online accredited university. It is a fast-paced, entreprenurial organization that encourages creativity and innovative online solutions. It was launched in 1995 and offers 45 certificate programs, and 15 degree programs, including BA, MA, MBA, and M.Ed. Students from over 57 countries attend JIU courses. The positions currently available are for Academic Chairs for the BA in Business Communications and for the MA in Business Communications.
Responsibilities will include teaching, collaboration in coursework development, student advising, and administration. Qualifications include significant experience related to the previously described responsibilities, as well as a Master's level degree or higher from an accredited institution in the area of communications, business administration or a closely related field.
