ResponsibilitiesGeneral leadership, management, and day-to-day operation of the on-line MS in Project Management program. Responsibilities for this program include: curriculum planning, student services (e.g., recruitment, admissions, responding to inquiries, advising, transcript evaluation, registration, and alumni relations), human resource management, external and professional relations, marketing, university service, budget planning and management, and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will be expected to develop and teach courses as time allows in an area dictated by curricular need and his/her professional expertise. This position reports to the Dean of the College of Business, Industry, Life Science and Agriculture. QualificationsRequired: Master's degree in project management, business, engineering management, or a related field by start date. One year managing projects, an academic unit, or business operation. Excellent management, organization, interpersonal relations, oral and written communications, and computer skills. Ability to develop and teach on-line courses in area of expertise. Demonstrable commitment to good customer service and a culturally diverse learning environment. Preferred: Additional years of management experience, experience developing and/or teaching one or more on-line courses. SalaryCommensurate with professional experience and qualifications.
