VNU Presents World's Leading E-Learning Event

California, September 2002

Online Learning 2002 Conference and Expo announces new Enterprise Learning Track and co-located E-learning Supplier Summit -

ANAHEIM, Calif. -- Online Learning 2002 Conference & Expo, the world's largest gathering of e-learning professionals, will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center, September 23-25, 2002.

This year, Online Learning 2002 will be co-located with the first annual E-learning Supplier Summit. Chaired by Clark Aldrich, "Industry Watch" columnist for Online Learning Magazine, the summit will explore issues and help pinpoint business opportunities for e-learning suppliers, analysts, venture capitalists and industry observers.

"For the e-learning industry, the most important questions right now are also the most difficult to answer: What do buyers need and want? Do they even know? How do we help them make e-learning a success? The E-learning Supplier Summit is an ideal venue for industry professionals to collaborate with peers and answer these questions," said Mike Flanagan, Lguide vice president of research and consulting.

Other co-located events include the E-learning in Higher Education Conference and the Click2learn User Conference -- plus a new Enterprise Learning track where a variety of vendor-neutral panel discussions and sessions will help professionals understand enterprise-wide learning solutions.

This year's program includes five additional special tracks -- Case Studies, How to Buy, Performance Support, Simulations and Streaming Media -- as well as hands-on learning labs and three unique certificate programs. You'll also find the world's largest e-learning Expo, with a range of new services and technologies on display.

Day two of Online Learning 2002 features Canadian-phenomenon Kim Kuzma, whose performances and award-winning debut CD, "Contradictions," have received world-wide recognition. The party begins at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 24, in the Anaheim Hilton and Towers' California Ballroom.

Sponsors include: Founding Sponsor Click2learn and Enterprise Sponsor Sun Microsystems.
