Register online for the USDLA International Forum for Women
in E-Learning (IFWE) 2006 Conference by clicking on one of

as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment forms
include Corporate Check, Purchase Order, and Credit Card.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Cancellations must be received prior to March 1, 2006 in order
to receive a refund less a $75.00 processing fee per registration.
Cancellations after March 1, 2006 will not be refunded.
However, a substitute may attend for the registered attendee.
