Call 1-800-EMBASSY (362-2779) and reference USDLA/IFWE. All IFWE 2010 Conference room reservations must be made by November 7, 2010 to receive the special discounted rates. Reservations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
Room Rates:
$99 + tax. Single or two double beds. Specific room type is not guaranteed. Hotel room rates are quoted per room per night and are subject to applicable state and local taxes at time of check in. Taxes are currently 12.875% plus applicable charges. This special room rate will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after the IFWE 2010 Conference (based on room availability).
Arrival / Departure
Standard guest check in is at 3:00 pm and standard guest check out is 12:00 pm. All reservations need to be guaranteed by each individual with a credit card. To avoid cancellation charges, reservations should be cancelled by 3:00 pm the day prior to arrival.
