Cancellations must be received prior to November 1, 2010 in order to receive a refund (less a $75.00 processing fee per registration). All refunds will be processed after December 3, 2010.

Cancellations after November 1, 2010 will not be refunded. However, a substitute may attend for the registered attendee.
